1. Return Policy
   The items sold in our store are for one-time sale. Generally, once an order is confirmed, returns are not accepted unless there are quality issues or other special circumstances.

If the purchased item is damaged during transportation or does not match your order, you have the right to request a return or replacement.

2. Return Conditions (This includes both opened and unopened products)
   Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us promptly and explain the situation.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and accessories, unused, and in a saleable condition.

Customers need to provide proof of purchase (such as order number, invoice, etc.) for transaction verification.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Customers need to contact our customer service by phone or email, explaining the reason for the return and providing relevant information.

Step 2: Our customer service will review your return request and respond within 48 hours.

Step 3: If your return request is approved, please pack the goods as instructed by customer service and return them to our designated address using a trackable courier service.

Step 4: Upon receiving the returned goods, we will review them. Once we confirm that the goods meet the return conditions, we will process a refund or exchange according to your chosen method.

4. Refund Processing
   Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will be returned to the original payment method used by the customer.

If the return is due to a quality issue, we will bear the return shipping costs; if the return is due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
